One way to increase occupancy is to think about your last-minute travelers. Last-minute travelers can include people who suddenly need to book a trip, such as to travel for a relative giving birth or a business meeting, or those who simply prefer to be a bit more spontaneous. The later category may want to begin a long road trip and drive until they feel like stopping instead of having exact waypoints in mind, for instance.
