As of March 2021, Russia has managed to produce 20.1 million doses of the vaccine, Sputnik V. As many as 4.3 million people had received the vaccine as of March 17. The idea of allowing foreigners to get the double vaccination was earlier ruled out by the country’s Health Minister.
