Dhanukas are divesting their holding in the franchise restaurant chain it had opened with Ambuja Neotia group. Dhanuka Ventures has informed that the company has divested its entire shareholding of 25% in Tastetaria Foods in favour of its existing JV partner Choicest Enterprises of Ambuja Neotia group.
